二苯拉林（DPP）是具抗膽鹼劑作用的第一代抗組織胺藥[2][3][4]，於歐洲上市以治療過敏。[2][3][5]它也是多巴胺再攝取抑制劑，會導致齧齒目過動。[6]它可用於治療帕金森病[7]，可通過以下反應合成：[8][9]
