加卡奈珠单抗（INN：Galcanezumab）用于预防偏头痛和治疗丛集性头痛[4]。透过皮下注射给药[4]。用药后可能需要三个月后才能见到疗效[4]。
常见的副作用包括注射部位疼痛或发红[5]。其他副作用包括可能发生过敏[4]。孕期使用的安全性不明[4]。它是一种单克隆抗体，可与降钙素基因相关肽（CGRP）结合并阻断它的功能，进而使血管恢复正常大小[5]。
