特澤魯單抗（INN：tezepelumab）用于治疗哮喘[9] [10]。特別适用其他药物無法控制的严重哮喘，患者需12岁以上[10]。每4周皮下注射一次[10]。
最常见的副作用包括关节痛和喉咙痛[10]。其他副作用包括可能有过敏反应[9]。虽然無证据顯示孕期使用對胎兒有害，但研究仍不充分[9]。它是一种单克隆抗体，可阻断胸腺基质淋巴细胞生成素（TSLP），並减少呼吸道的發炎反應[9] [10]。
特澤魯單抗于2021年及2022年在美国及欧洲取得医疗使用許可[9] [10]。雖然已在英国取得許可，但截至2022年整尚未上市[11]
