[編輯]The name 漢堡法學院 has never been the official Chinese name of Bucerius Law School. This name is also misleading, since it could lead to the impression that Bucerius Law School is the law faculty of Hamburg University (漢堡大學). Therefore Bucerius Law School has choosen 漢堡博銳思法學院 as its official Chinese name. This name has also been registered as a trade-mark in China and is officially used by Bucerius Law School (see http://www.daad.org.cn/zh/studium-in-deutschland/informationsveranstaltungen-zum-studium-in-deutschland/bildungsmessen for refference). Therefore the name of this wikipedia entry should also be changed to 漢堡博銳思法學院.
In addition, the Chinese version of Bucerius Law School's Wikipedia Page has not been updated for a long time. I have translated the English and German page and will gradually update the Chinese version so that it is more accurate and up to date.
"Bucerius Law School" （漢堡博銳思法學院）的官方中文名稱從來都沒有用過「漢堡法學院」。同時這個名字也會產生混淆，因為這會讓人誤認為Bucerius Law School（漢堡博銳思法學院）是漢堡大學的法學院，但是事實並非如此。因此，Bucerius Law School選擇「漢堡博銳思法學院」作為其官方中文名稱。這個名稱同時在中國已經註冊為商標並未用於Bucerius Law School（漢堡博銳思法學院）官方網站上（詳情請見：http://www.daad.org.cn/zh/studium-in-deutschland/informationsveranstaltungen-zum-studium-in-deutschland/bildungsmessen）。
因此，在維基百科上此名稱也應相應的修改為：漢堡博銳思法學院。同時，維基百科上漢堡博銳思法學院的中文網站已經很長一段時間沒有更新了。 我已將其英文及德文頁面進行了翻譯，將慢慢更新至中文頁面以確保其準確性和及時性。
- 很遺憾，該學院在中文地區確實是叫「漢堡法學院」的較多（利用搜索引擎得知現名三萬多條結果，建議名稱一百多條），而且暫時沒有看見學院的官方網站上有使用該名稱的。按照維基的命名規則中以常用名為主的原則，這個條目可能維持現名的可能性較大。--Howchou（留言） 2014年2月26日 (三) 19:40 (UTC)
