2005年–现在 韩国警察厅旗 蓝色底色，中央是警察厅徽章，底下写着“경찰청”（警察廳）。
2005年–现在 海洋警察厅旗 靛蓝色底色，中央是海洋警察厅徽章，底下写着“해양경찰청”（海洋警察廳）。
2004年–现在 韩国检察厅旗 白色底色，中央是检察厅徽章，底下写着“검찰”（檢察）和“Prosecution Service”。
2022年–现在 高级公职人员犯罪调查处旗 白色底色，中央是高级公职人员犯罪调查处徽章，底下写着“고위공직자범죄수사처”（高位公職者犯罪搜査處）。
2018年–现在 中央选举管理委员会旗 蓝色底色，中央是金色木槿符文镶嵌“선거”（選擧）。
1998年–现在 监查院旗 白色底色，中央是监查院徽章，底下写着“감사원”（監査院）。
2001年–现在 国家人权委员会（英语：National Human Rights Commission of Korea）旗 白色底色，中央是国家人权委员会徽章，底下写着“국가인권위원회”（國家人權委員會）。
2016年–现在 以北五道委员会旗 白色底色，中央是太极符文，底下写着“이북5도위원회”（以北五道委員會）。
