同上 上述旗幟的垂直版本 韓國國旗的豎式掛法，按韓國政府規定，豎式國旗底部要有額外的留白，故太極與四卦並不在旗幟正中央。

2005年–現在 韓國警察廳旗 藍色底色，中央是警察廳徽章，底下寫著“경찰청”（警察廳）。
2005年–現在 海洋警察廳旗 靛藍色底色，中央是海洋警察廳徽章，底下寫著“해양경찰청”（海洋警察廳）。
2004年–現在 韩国检察厅旗 白色底色，中央是檢察廳徽章，底下寫著“검찰”（檢察）和“Prosecution Service”。
2022年–現在 高级公职人员犯罪调查处旗 白色底色，中央是高级公职人员犯罪调查处徽章，底下寫著“고위공직자범죄수사처”（高位公職者犯罪搜査處）。
2018年–現在 中央選舉管理委員會旗 藍色底色，中央是金色木槿符文镶嵌“선거”（選擧）。
1998年–現在 监查院旗 白色底色，中央是監查院徽章，底下寫著“감사원”（監査院）。
2001年–現在 國家人權委員會（英语：National Human Rights Commission of Korea）旗 白色底色，中央是國家人權委員會徽章，底下寫著“국가인권위원회”（國家人權委員會）。
2016年–現在 以北五道委員會旗 白色底色，中央是太極符文，底下寫著“이북5도위원회”（以北五道委員會）。
