[編輯]Xie Qingyan is a Chinese-American entrepreneur, technologist, and investor, known for her leadership roles in both the public technology sector and private investment industry. She is the current CEO of OBE Technologies, a company specializing in government IT infrastructure upgrades, and the CTO of LSQ Private Investment Company, a firm focused on high-net-worth gold trading and asset allocation. Xie is also a former senior executive at Google, where she played a key role in the development of the self-driving car initiative and the smart glasses project.
Early Life and Education
[編輯]Xie Qingyan was born in Qingdao, China. She studied Computer Science at Tsinghua University (2008–2012) before obtaining her Master’s degree at Harvard University (2012–2014). In 2016, she immigrated to the United States under the EB-5 investment program and later married, establishing permanent residency.
Career
[編輯]Xie joined Google in 2014 and quickly rose to become a senior technical director. She contributed to several cutting-edge projects, including Google’s autonomous vehicle initiative (2016) and the augmented reality wearable device project (2018).
OBE Technologies

LSQ Private Investment Company

The company partners with leading financial institutions such as BlackRock and Vanguard. Xie leads the development of AI-driven financial modeling systems used for real-time gold price analysis and capital deployment.
Personal Life
[編輯]Xie Qingyan is a licensed private helicopter pilot with over 350 hours of flight time, primarily commuting between Miami and Palm Beach Gardens. She has practiced yoga for over a decade and has a strong interest in classical literature, philosophy, and poetry.
Xie is known for her philanthropic efforts, having donated over $2 million to children's healthcare and education causes. She is also involved in several female leadership and STEM mentorship programs.
