1990年12月21日，賽德懷德出生於雪梨。[1]她的生父傑里米·斯帕克斯（英語：Jeremy Sparks）是一名電影布景師，曾參與2000年雪梨奧運會開幕式（英語：2000 Sydney Olympics opening ceremony）在內的澳大利亞各類節慶活動及各種公共藝術的布置[2][3][4]。生母羅·卡門（英語：Loene Carmen）是一名來自阿德萊德的演員兼鄉村靈魂樂（英語：country soul）唱作人，賽德懷德出生時年僅20歲。在斯帕克斯和卡門分手後，斯帕克斯和賽德懷德的繼母，澳大利亞演員克勞迪婭·卡凡（英語：Claudia Karvan）結婚[5][6]；卡門與斯帕克斯的繼父，演員阿登·揚（英語：Aden Young）結婚[1]。揚亦是賽德懷德繼母卡凡的前男友[7][8]。

賽德懷德初中就讀於新鎮表演藝術中學（英語：Newtown High School of the Performing Arts）（英語：Newtown High School of the Performing Arts），她在學校結識了在音樂上志同道合的好友，並決定一起組建樂隊[11][10]。

Bridezilla時期（2005–2013）

2005年，賽德懷德（主唱、吉他手）和Josh Bush（鼓手）、Pia May Courtley（主音吉他手）、Millie Hall（薩克斯手、鍵盤手）、Daisy Tulley（小提琴手）共同組建了學生樂隊「Bridezilla（英語：Bridezilla (band)）」[12][13]，其餘樂隊成員都是賽德懷德的髮小或中學同學[13][14]。2007年，Bridezilla在當地取得知名度後與雪梨唱片公司Ivy League Records（英語：Ivy League Records）簽約[14][15]。同年11月，Bridezilla發行了包含5首歌的首張同名EP《Bridezilla（英語：Bridezilla (EP)）》[16]。隨後，樂隊參演多場音樂節，並為包括地下絲絨前成員約翰·凱爾、威爾可合唱團、人行道樂隊、Interpool、希雅在內的知名音樂人做開場表演。2009年1月，尼克·凱夫邀請Bridezilla在他參與策劃的「All Tomorrow's Parties（英語：All Tomorrow's Parties (festival)）」音樂節[17]演出[18]。

2009年，Bridezilla與Inertia Recordings簽約，於同年10月發行了由馬克·克雷默（英語：Kramer (musician)）製作[18]的首張專輯《The First Dance（英語：The First Dance）》[12]。專輯由五名樂隊成員共同參與歌曲創作[19][18]，融合了民謠、早期搖滾樂等多種元素[20]。

2010年開始，Bridezilla進入了長達兩年的間歇期。2012年年中，樂隊宣布將於同年12月解散，並在解散前進行最後演出[13][21]。

單飛與首張專輯《Forever or Whatever》（2012–2019）

2012年年末，賽德懷德決定單飛發展並移居倫敦，她曾短暫參與Bridezilla的解散前演出[22]。在2014年的一次採訪中她解釋了自己離開Bridezilla的原因：「團隊合作有時候限制很多，你知道吧？在一個一切都要民主，讓你朝著共同的目標努力的團隊裡，所有事都很麻煩。這樣對我也是一種解放」[23][22]。

2019年9月，賽德懷德發布了The Beach Boys歌曲《Kokomo》的重編曲翻唱[44]。

2021年5月，Lab78 Records（由Peter Mayes（英語：Peter Mayes）和Nick Littlemore（英語：Nick Littlemore）創辦）發行了賽德懷德的第二張專輯《Face of God》，該專輯由廠牌創辦人Nick Littlemore製作[45]，有的歌詞取材於製作人Littlemore的日記和詩歌創作[46]。該專輯在位於好萊塢的一個錄音室中錄製，錄音完成僅用了五天.[45][47]，隨後Littlemore才跟紐約的錄音師合作重新製作了專輯[46]。

個人生活

2017年，賽德懷德在倫敦與男友Sapan Sehgal共同創辦了一家健身公司Lovercise。2018年8月，她在一次採訪中提到「在某種情況下我跟當時的私人教練（當然，後來成了男朋友）一起開了家健身房，他是個印度旁遮普人，我被他的精神、肌肉和他對寶萊塢的知識給迷住了」[49][50]。

2017年底，賽德懷德移居好萊塢[50]，隨後短暫地旅居愛沙尼亞和賽普勒斯，最後在2021年5月移居泰國[45]，關於移居原因，她提到「我在雪梨、倫敦或者洛杉磯都住不起了，哪兒的簽證都到期，澳大利亞又跟噩夢一樣……現在我就想住在紅毛丹和番木瓜里」[51][52]。
