Fairphone 3和3+是Fairphone製造的觸控螢幕智慧型手機[7][8]。這款手機採用了模塊化、可維修式設計[9]，並且「儘可能使用了來源負責、非衝突地區及回收材料進行構造」[10]。這款產品於2019年9月3日開始銷售[11]。手機預裝了Android 9 「Pie」作業系統[12]。

Fairphone 3+於2020年8月發布，前後攝像頭和揚聲器模塊都得到了升級。這些攝像頭模塊與Fairphone 3兼容。然而，主要的音質提升來自於Fairphone 3+的新核心模塊，由於這與IMEI相關，因此音質無法通過用戶進行升級來改善。

模塊化設計

索菲·查拉拉（Sophie Charara）在《連線》雜誌上撰文稱，這款手機的技術規格「幾乎與Moto G7相同，後者是我們目前推薦的最佳平價手機」。她認為「選擇一款合乎道德的手機的溢價首次降至200英鎊以下」這一點「很重要」。[11]

Fairphone 3+

Fairphone 3+於2020年8月推出[17][18]。它升級了前後攝像頭、改進了音頻、增加了所含回收塑料的比例（從9%增加到40%），並搭載了Android 10系統[17]。後置攝像頭擁有更大的傳感器、智能場景檢測和更高的動態範圍[19]。前置攝像頭也配備了更大的傳感器和更高的動態範圍[20]。新的攝像頭和揚聲器也可以作為模塊單獨購買，用於替換原始Fairphone 3中的部件[17]。
