迪托電信（英語：Dito Telecommunity Corporation，品牌化名稱為DITO[1][2][3]），前稱棉蘭老伊斯蘭電話公司股份有限公司（Mindanao Islamic Telephone Company, Inc.，簡稱Mislatel[4][5]），是菲律賓的一家電信公司，同時涉足多媒體與信息技術業務[6]。該公司是由DITO CME控股公司與中國電信集團有限公司組成的聯盟。其中，DITO CME控股公司是優丹納集團（Udenna Corporation）的子公司，優丹納集團由達沃市企業家 黃書賢/丹尼斯·吳（Dennis Uy）擁有；而中國電信集團有限公司則是中國大陸政府所有的國有企業，亦是中國電信股份有限公司的母公司[7]。

該聯盟被認為是菲律賓政府主導的招標項目中唯一中標者，因此獲得資格成為菲律賓第三大主要電信運營商，挑戰菲律賓長途電話公司與環球電信長期形成的雙頭壟斷格局[7]。
迪托電信於2021年3月8日開始正式商業運營[9][10]。該公司通過其4G LTE和LTE-A網絡提供無線商業服務，目前正在菲律賓重點地區部署5G網絡。截至2023年8月，迪托的移動用戶總數已達到774萬[11]。該公司在正式推出後三個月用戶數量突破100萬時，曾向每位用戶贈送1GB免費流量作為紀念[12]。
