Domori是一家義大利公司所生產的巧克力產品，總部位於諾內，並自2006年以來是意利集團的一部分[1][2][3]。
歷史
[編輯]Domori由Gianluca Franzoni於1997年創立[4]。1993年，Gianluca在完成商學系的學業後前往委內瑞拉，在那裡他嘗試了不同品種和收穫期的可可，旨在保護生物多樣性並防止稀有可可品種克里奧羅（英語：criollo）的滅絕。
Domori生產六種克里奧羅可可品種，包括Puertomar和Puertofino[5]。該公司生產一種100%純克里奧羅可可的巧克力棒，且不添加卵磷脂或調味劑。[6]
2012年，可口可樂公司與Illycaffè合作推出了一系列冷巧克力飲品。除了消費者產品外，Domori還批量生產巧克力，供巧克力師使用。[7]
2015年，Domori在米蘭世界博覽會上推廣了其冷巧克力飲品Crema Cacao。[8]
