23andMe是位於美國加利福尼亞州山景城的一家基因技術公司，其名稱源於人類的23對染色體。[1]23andMe推出的基於唾液的個人基因組檢測曾被《時代》雜誌評為2008年的年度發明。[2]
2013年，在美國食品藥品監督管理局（FDA）要求下，23andMe曾暫停提供健康相關的檢測報告，而只提供溯源基因檢測報告。2015年10月，在獲得FDA認可後，23andMe開始重新提供健康報告。[3][4]
自2014年起，23andMe在加拿大[5][6][7]與英國[8]銷售個人基因檢測服務。
2025年，23andMe宣布破產，CEO安妮·沃西基辭職[9]。
