阿福花科（學名：Asphodelaceae）原名黃脂木科或刺葉樹科（Xanthorrhoeaceae）[2]，為被子植物天門冬目下一科。
分類史
[編輯]本科原只包括1屬—刺葉樹屬（Xanthorrhoea）約66種，均為澳大利亞的特有種。1981年的克朗奎斯特分類法將其列入百合目，1998年根據基因親緣關係分類的APG 分類法認為應該分入新設立的天門冬目，2003年經過修訂的APG II 分類法將其和萱草科、獨尾草科列為可以選擇性合併的科。
2009年，Mark W. Chase提議將達格瑞單子葉植物分類系統下使用較少的萱草科和獨尾草科，將兩者都併入一個較廣義的黃脂木科[3]，也符合先前的系統發生分析結果[4]，同年的APGIII分類法也遵循了這一做法。然而，由於「黃脂木科」一名當時未被廣泛使用，2013年Ronell R. Klopper等人提議以阿福花科一名取代黃脂木科[5]。該提議2014年得到了維管束植物命名委員會（Nomenclature Committee for Vascular Plants）承認，在2016年的被子植物APG IV分類法中被沿用[6]，並在2017年深圳舉行的國際植物學大會命名法規決議上正式批准[7]。
曾經的某些分類法根據形態將棕櫚目的多鬚草科與黃脂木科合併，但兩者親緣關係實際較遠。
