阿塔帕梅（法語：Atakpamé）是位於多哥高原區中部的一座城市，距離首都洛美約160公里。2022年人口98,193人[1]。阿塔帕梅是一個工業中心，也是地區的商業中心。該國主要鐵路幹線洛美—布利塔鐵路曾有一條支線連接該市，但已經停止運行[2]:64-65[3]。
