阿卜杜拉赫曼·查尼（法語：Abdourahamane Tchiani，又名奧馬爾·查尼（法語：Omar Tchiani[1]），尼日陸軍上將，曾任尼日總統衛隊指揮官[2][3]。在2023年尼日政變期間，查尼在逮捕總統穆罕默德·巴祖姆的行動中發揮關鍵作用[4]，隨後更在2023年7月28日自行宣布成為「保衛祖國國家委員會主席」（即軍政府的國家元首）。2025年3月起宣誓就任過渡總統[5][6][7]。

阿卜杜拉赫曼·查尼是蒂拉貝里大區人，當地是尼日陸軍在國家西部的主要兵源地[8]。

軍旅生涯

2011年，查尼成為總統衛隊指揮官，是總統穆罕默杜·優素福的親密盟友，2018年獲優素福晉升為將軍。2015年，查尼被控密謀推翻優素福政府，相關指控被他在法庭上否認[1]。

2021年，查尼率領總統衛隊挫敗一場未遂政變。當時，一支軍事部隊在離優素福下台、總統當選人穆罕默德·巴祖姆正式上台還有兩天的時候，占領了總統府。巴祖姆正式上台後，保留了查尼的職位[8]。

2023年7月26日，查尼率領總統衛隊發起政變行動，拘禁位於首都尼亞美總統府的巴祖姆[9]。消息人士透露，在7月24日的內閣會議中，巴祖姆決定解除查尼的職務，導致兩人關係陷入緊張[10]。

7月28日，查尼在薩赫勒電視台發表全國講話，自行宣布成為保衛祖國國家委員會主席（國家元首）。他表示之所以發起政變行動，是為了避免國家「逐漸且不可逆轉地消亡」。他批評巴祖姆竭力掩蓋國家的「殘酷現實」，即「大量人死亡、流離失所、遭到羞辱、感到沮喪」。他還批評安全戰略無效，但沒有給出恢復文官統治的時間表[11][1][12]。
