軟骨鱘科（學名：Chondrosteidae）是鱘形目之下已滅絕的一科，目前歸類於此的屬有三個：軟骨鱘屬、環鱘屬及壯鱘屬[4]，化石均發現於歐洲的早侏羅世地層。牠們體型碩大，身長可達2–7公尺；骨骼主要由硬骨組成，不同於現存的軟骨硬鱗魚，但骨骼硬化程度相比其他條鰭魚類有所下降[5]。
軟骨鱘科的近緣類群，是產自亞洲晚侏羅世至早白堊世地層的北票鱘科，以及現生的鱘科與匙吻鱘科[5]。產自中國早三疊世地層的原始軟骨硬鱗魚，比上述所有鱘形魚類的系統發育位置更為基底[6]，因此不屬於軟骨鱘科的成員。
