苯基甲基二氯矽烷是一種有機矽化合物，化學式為C7H8Cl2Si，被美國環境保護局（EPA）列入極度危險物質列表[2]。它可由甲基苯基矽烷和三氯異氰尿酸在二氯甲烷中反應製得[3]。它和鹵代芳烴在氫氧化鉀存在下、鈀碳催化下發生偶聯反應，可以得到相應的芳基苯[4]。
