細鞘絲藻屬(學名:Leptolyngbya)也稱瘦鞘絲藻屬,為細鞘絲藻科的一屬藍藻。此屬的模式種為鮑氏細鞘絲藻(Leptolyngbya boryana)[1]。
分類
[編輯]細鞘絲藻屬於1988年建立,最初歸類於顫藻目[1]。2005年被歸入假魚腥藻目(Synechococcales)假魚腥藻科(Pseudanabaenaceae)[2]。2007年依據細鞘絲藻的類囊體排列與發育模式,將其重新歸類到聚球藻目(Chroococcales)假魚腥藻科[3]。
2014年將細鞘絲藻屬從假魚腥藻科分離出來,成立了獨立的細鞘絲藻科(Leptolyngbyaceae),該科包括細鞘絲藻屬等多個屬[4]。
形態特徵
[編輯]細鞘絲藻屬的藻絲極為細小,寬度一般在1-2 µm,並被單獨的鞘包裹。藻絲通常附著於基質上,末端通常不呈漸尖狀,很少具有假分枝[5]。
