纈胺酸

支鏈胺基酸[1]branched-chain amino acid,BCAA[2][3])是指白胺酸異白胺酸纈胺酸三種分子結構中側鏈具有分支結構的胺基酸。在運動界常作為增強肌肉力量的補充劑。
