拜薩蘭谷（喀什米爾語：بیسَرَن وٲدی、英語：Baisaran Valley）是一個位於印度查謨和克什米爾克什米爾谷地中安南塔那加縣的草甸，距離帕哈爾加姆約5–7 公里。[1][2] 該谷地海拔約8,000英尺（2,400公尺），四周環繞著茂密的松林和比爾本賈爾嶺。[3]
事件
[編輯]2025年4月22日，印度喀什米爾的拜薩蘭谷發生一起恐怖襲擊，恐怖分子圍攏並向遊客開火，主要針對印度教徒，造成26人死亡，20餘人受傷。[4][5][6] 該襲擊由克什米爾抵抗陣線宣稱負責，[來源請求]該組織是以巴基斯坦為基地的恐怖組織虔誠軍的代理，襲擊者利用拜薩蘭谷的偏僻地形，在僅可徒步或騎馬抵達的區域對人群實施襲擊，延緩了救援行動。安全部隊隨後發起反恐行動，並將倖存遊客撤離。對此事件作出反應，印度政府暫停了印度河水協定，撤銷所有巴基斯坦國民的簽證，並命令他們在48小時內離境。[7]
