懶廢活[1](英語:lazy girl job直譯:「懶惰女孩的工作」,#lazygirljob)是一個網絡流行的新詞,用來指一種輕鬆的工作,通常是白領工作,薪水不錯,員工可以安靜地辭職。[2][3]

這個詞由加布里埃爾·賈奇(Gabrielle Judge)於2023年創造,她在Instagram的ID是「antiworkgirlboss」,以回應忙碌文化大辭職英語Great Resignation[4]勞動剝削英語Exploitation of labour。雖然這種網絡趨勢以年輕女性為中心,但她表示男性也可以共同進行;賈奇解釋「#lazygirljob」的話題標籤是一種營銷噱頭,目的是提高人們對「有害工作場所期望」的認識,而不是在讚美懶惰。[5] 截至2023年7月底,賈奇的帖子獲得近35萬個贊,TikTok的#lazygirljob標籤獲得超過1,700萬次觀看,其他年輕女性也描述自己的「懶廢活」生活方式。[6]

「Lazy girl jobs」一詞是COVID-19疫情期間,反工作理念發展的產物。[7] 這項活動參與者經常使用的短語,如「act your wage」[8][9] 和「burnout」[10][11] 在疫情後期廣為流傳。其與「I don't dream of labor」運動類似,[12] 強調將工作與個人生活分開;這一趨勢仍然鼓勵人們參與職場,而不是呆在家裡(stay at home英語Stay-at-home),後者在2022年末也越來越受歡迎。[13][14]

人們對這句話的反應不一,批評者普遍認為「懶惰的員工」可能會被人工智慧取代、[15] Z世代的員工並沒有為「成年人的挑戰」而成長、[16] 參與者持有「失敗主義態度」。[17]

這項運動的支持者則認為,「懶廢活」鼓勵工作與生活的平衡[18][19] 根據工資水平進行工作、避免倦怠,並通過非傳統方式賺取更多錢,例如過度就業(overemployment)。[20]
