懶廢活[1]（英語：lazy girl job，直譯：「懶惰女孩的工作」，#lazygirljob）是一個網絡流行的新詞，用來指一種輕鬆的工作，通常是白領工作，薪水不錯，員工可以安靜地辭職。[2][3]

這個詞由加布里埃爾·賈奇（Gabrielle Judge）於2023年創造，她在Instagram的ID是「antiworkgirlboss」，以回應忙碌文化、大辭職（英語：Great Resignation）[4] 和勞動剝削（英語：Exploitation of labour）。雖然這種網絡趨勢以年輕女性為中心，但她表示男性也可以共同進行；賈奇解釋「#lazygirljob」的話題標籤是一種營銷噱頭，目的是提高人們對「有害工作場所期望」的認識，而不是在讚美懶惰。[5] 截至2023年7月底，賈奇的帖子獲得近35萬個贊，TikTok的#lazygirljob標籤獲得超過1,700萬次觀看，其他年輕女性也描述自己的「懶廢活」生活方式。[6]

這項運動的支持者則認為，「懶廢活」鼓勵工作與生活的平衡、[18][19] 根據工資水平進行工作、避免倦怠，並通過非傳統方式賺取更多錢，例如過度就業（overemployment）。[20]
