哈薩克斯坦堅戈（英語：Kazakhstani Tenge；中文又名探戈、騰格）是哈薩克斯坦的法定貨幣，ISO 4217代碼：KZT。由哈薩克共和國國家銀行發行。輔幣為泰因（英語：Tiyin），1 堅戈=100泰因。

「Tenge」一詞在突厥語族語言中意義多爲一系列的衡量，其詞源「teğ-」義爲「相等、平衡」，相當於漢語的「等」或「戥」。

歷史

哈薩克斯坦獨立初期，為了支付工資、養老金和社會福利，不得不向俄羅斯購買紙幣。直到1992年上半年，俄羅斯中央銀行仍在免費提供盧布。但隨著兩國預算的分離，哈薩克斯坦需要為盧布支付費用，而哈薩克斯坦的財政狀況不允許，這導致了現金短缺的問題。同時，由於俄羅斯開始停止流通1961至1992年間的盧布紙幣，這些舊幣非法流入哈薩克斯坦的情況也愈加嚴重。[2]

1992年，哈薩克斯坦總統努爾蘇丹·納扎爾巴耶夫成立了一個工作小組，負責設計哈薩克斯坦的貨幣。該小組由達烏列特·謝姆巴耶夫（Daulet Sembayev）領導，並包括了幾位設計師，如門迪巴伊·阿林（Mendibai Alin）、多斯博爾·卡西莫夫（Dosbol Kasymov）、阿吉姆薩利·杜澤爾哈諾夫（Agimsaly Duzelkhanov）、蒂穆爾·蘇雷門諾夫（Timur Suleimenov）和海魯拉·加布賈利洛夫（Khairulla Gabjalilov）。[3]這些成員的任務是確定國家金融和信貸政策獨立實施的原則。小組討論了多個方案，其中之一提議繼續使用哈薩克斯坦盧布（面額為5000、10000和50000），並在俄羅斯印刷這些紙幣。另一個方案則提議先印製高面額的紙幣，並暫時推出一個過渡性的國家貨幣，1至2年後再推出正式的國家貨幣。第三個方案是與盧布並行推出哈薩克斯坦貨幣，而第四個方案則是直接推出本國貨幣。經過長時間的討論，工作小組一致決定選擇最後一個方案。[2]本國貨幣最終命名為「堅戈」（тенге），這個名字源自中世紀突厥小額銀幣「登格」（денге）或「坦加」（таньга），這些貨幣的名稱與俄語中的「日元」（деньга）和「錢」（деньги）同源。

到1992年6月，哈薩克斯坦與俄羅斯關於建立盧布區的談判陷入僵局，因為俄羅斯政府決定放棄之前的盧布區概念。儘管兩國已經達成協議，要求任何一方如果希望推出自己的貨幣，必須提前3個月通知另一個國家，但俄羅斯還是在1993年7月1日幾乎同時推出了自己的本國貨幣。[2]

由於哈薩克斯坦沒有自己的紙幣印刷廠，之前所有的貨幣都由莫斯科印刷，因此決定將貨幣委託給英國的哈里森父子公司（Harrison and Sons）以及德拉魯公司（De La Rue）進行印刷。當時印刷所有貨幣的成本約為700萬美元。貨幣生產完成後，通過4架伊爾-76運輸機從倫敦秘密運送到哈薩克斯坦的烏拉爾斯克，然後分發到哈薩克斯坦的其他地區。當時相關運輸文件中寫著：「國家元首在建官邸必需品」。[2]

1993年11月，納扎爾巴耶夫通過一項總統令成立了關於引入國家貨幣的政府委員會，由總理謝爾蓋·捷列先科（Sergey Tereshchenko）領導。委員會成員還包括第一副總理達烏列特·謝姆巴耶夫、財政部長厄爾凱什拜·德爾比索夫（Erkesbay Derbisov）、經濟部長貝森拜·伊茲特利烏夫（Beysenbay Izteleuov）、哈薩克斯坦國家銀行行長哈利姆·拜納扎羅夫（Ghalym Baynazarov）和議會委員會主席紹克·塔克熱諾夫（Sauq Takezhanov）。1993年11月5日，納扎爾巴耶夫簽署了《穩定貨幣體系緊急措施》命令，確定了推出本國貨幣前的必要步驟，並要求所有個人和法人不得向銀行存入1961年至1992年發行的盧布紙幣，直至哈薩克斯坦國家銀行發出進一步指示。

1993年11月12日，哈薩克斯坦總統努爾蘇丹·納扎爾巴耶夫簽署了《關於引入哈薩克斯坦國家貨幣的命令》。納扎爾巴耶夫通過中央電視台向全國介紹了哈薩克斯坦的新貨幣。1993年11月15日，堅戈正式投入流通，匯率為1堅戈=500盧布，俄羅斯和蘇聯的盧布紙幣可以兌換成堅戈。從1993年11月18日起，堅戈正式成為哈薩克斯坦境內唯一法定支付工具。[3]

2006年11月15日，哈薩克共和國國家銀行發行第二版堅戈。翌年（2007年）的3月20日，哈薩克斯坦國家銀行發布了堅戈的符號。

2013年9月2日，哈薩克斯坦國家銀行提出的哈薩克斯坦堅戈從有管理的浮動開始掛鉤美元和俄羅斯盧布[4]。後在2014年2月11日，為回應俄羅斯盧布的貶值，堅戈兌美元貶值19％，直接導致中華人民共和國新疆維吾爾自治區口岸對哈貿易呈現下滑態勢[5]。

1994年3月1日，首批泰因硬幣投入流通，發行了2、5、10、20、50泰因5種面值。

1995年10月25日，引入了新系列的堅戈硬幣，有1、3、5、10、20堅戈5種面值，而這系列硬幣已於2001年停用[16]。

1997年，發行了第二系列的堅戈硬幣，有1、2、5、10、20、50、100堅戈7種面值。

2005年，此系列推出的硬幣是目前仍在流通，有1、2、5、10、20、50、100堅戈7種面值。

哈薩克斯坦國家銀行在重大紀念節日也會發行紀念幣，大多數為貴金屬鑄造[17]。
