盧卡·瑞可·麥格諾達（Luka Rocco Magnotta，1982年7月24日—），本名艾歷·柯林頓·卻克·紐曼（英語：Eric Clinton Kirk Newman），曾用Vladimir Romanov或Mattia Del Santo等藝名，生於加拿大安大略省士嘉堡[7]，是加拿大的男模特兒、色情演員和殺人犯。

2012年5月30日，蒙特婁警方發出全加拿大通緝令，而後5月31日國際刑警組織發布「紅色通緝令」全球追捕他。這名色情片明星涉嫌殺人並郵寄屍體殘肢。受害人為33歲的中國男子林俊（英文名：Justin Lin）。多倫多星報稱林俊來自中國武漢，2011年7月才到加拿大。[8]據中國駐蒙特婁總領事館網上消息，林俊與家人和親友在5月24日失去聯繫。林俊是加拿大協和大學的學生[8]，生前曾在一家便利店做收銀員[9]。屍體殘肢在蒙特婁和渥太華的三個地方被發現。[10]

6月1日，蒙特婁警方證實，麥格諾達因為一級謀殺罪被通緝。他用電子郵件發送淫穢物品，對總理和議會的幾個不明身份的成員構成威脅。他在5月26日乘飛機飛往法國巴黎[11]；後逃往德國，6月4日在柏林新克爾恩的一家網路咖啡廳被德國警方逮捕，並於兩周後被引渡加拿大。[12]

2014年12月15日，經過12周的審判，魁省高等法院陪審團裁定麥格諾達一級謀殺罪罪名成立[13]，法官判處麥格諾達無期徒刑，不可在25年內獲得假釋，其他罪名刑期19年，全部刑期同時進行[14]。麥格諾達隨後提出上訴[15] ，但是於2015年2月18日被駁回[16]。

盧卡生於安大略省士嘉堡，早年父母離異由母親及後父撫養，但常遭後父家暴，後來轉至交其居於安大略省林賽鎮的祖父母撫養，但仍繼續遭祖母家暴[17]。盧卡中學就讀於就讀於I. E. Weldon Secondary School（英語：I. E. Weldon Secondary School）。[18] 據其父親及醫生所指，盧卡自2001年起被診斷為人格障礙並持續接受藥物治療，及後自2003年起被診斷患有精神分裂和雙向情感障礙等精神疾病[17]。

2003年，盧卡開始出現在異性戀和同性戀的色情影片中，偶爾作為脫衣舞舞者和男妓。[4]他為雙性戀者。[8][4]2005年他也曾經當過雜誌模特兒，化名「Jimmy」，[4]並給老年男士提供同性陪游服務。

2005年，盧卡因三項欺詐罪名被定罪，獲得有條件判刑九個月，緩刑12個月。[19] 據蒙特婁憲報報導，盧卡從2010年開始發布了一系列的虐貓影片到YouTube上，其中包括用吸塵器致小貓窒息死亡，以及把小貓餵給非洲岩蟒吃[20]。一些動保人士在鎖定盧卡之身份後，曾嘗試懸紅促使其被逮捕[20]。英國《太陽報》曾於2011年12月就此案電郵採訪麥格諾達，盧卡回覆說：「一個人一旦品嘗到血的滋味，便不可能停止殺戮。」他又揚言：「如果再殺戮，要殺的就不再是小動物了。」記者於完成採訪後立即報警，但英國警方置之不理。

盧卡前女友稱其極度性冷淡、敏感和自戀。他說自己向老年男士出賣肉體賺錢，所以性愛已對他已經沒有任何吸引力。他還十分迷戀加拿大女連環殺手卡拉·哈莫卡（英語：Karla Homolka），經常向女友滔滔不絕地談論她。她說很慶幸自己和他分手了，否則被分屍的可能就是自己。[21]

加拿大加蒂諾警方曾調查麥格諾達和2011年的Valerie Leblanc謀殺案是否有關[22][23]。6月8日，洛杉磯警方宣布正與蒙特婁警方接觸，以調查案發時身處美國西岸的麥格諾達是否與同年1月的好萊塢哈維·麥德林肢解懸案相關[24][25][26]，其後警方稱調查結果顯示盧卡應與該案無關。[27]
