流行 (音乐类型)

流行乐(英语:pop music)是流行音乐的一个分支音乐类型[6]。“pop”一开始是“流行音乐”(popular music)的缩写,也是其同义词,不过大约在1954年以后逐渐被用来指称狭义的特定音乐类型[7]。流行乐歌曲特指歌词内容主要以现代潮流为主,例如叙述爱情或生活等,乐器用现代流行的乐器为主。流行乐也有分支,例如电子流行合成器流行流行舞曲流行摇滚等。
