佛恩尤特

佛恩尤特（Fornjot、Fornjót；古诺斯语：Fornjótr）在北欧神话中，据说是巨人族的古老先祖、始源巨人（Old Jute），有人认为这是伊米尔（Ymir）的另一个名字，也有人认为佛恩尤特是尤弥尔的儿子。

佛恩尤特有三个孩子：海洋化身的赫勒尔（Hler，又名埃吉尔）。风化身的卡瑞（Kari）和火化身的罗吉（Logi）。
