奇波雷墨西哥烧烤（英语：Chipotle Mexican Grill，/tʃɪˈpoʊtleɪ/）^[6]是在美国、加拿大^[7]^[8]、英国^[9]、德国^[10]^[11]和法国^[12]^[13]专门营运制作墨西哥夹饼、麦西恩卷饼和墨西哥卷饼^[14]^[15]的一间快速休闲餐厅，其名称来自于“奇波雷烟熏辣椒（英语：Chipotle）”。奇波雷烟熏辣椒纳瓦特尔语译名哈拉皮纽辣椒（英语：Jalapeño）或智利辣椒（英语：Chili pepper）^[16]，该公司在纽约证券交易所的代号为“CMG”^[17]。墨西哥休闲快餐市场中不乏竞争者如Qdoba、Moe's Southwest Grill和Baja Fresh。截至2024年6月30日，奇波雷墨西哥烧烤已有3,500家餐厅^[18]。

历史

奇波雷墨西哥烧烤是最早的快餐休闲餐饮连锁店之一，由 Steve Ells 于 1993 年 7 月 13 日创立。奇波雷墨西哥烧烤在 1998 年麦当劳公司成为主要投资者时，已有 16 间餐厅（全部位于科罗拉多州）。到 2006 年麦当劳完全撤资时，该连锁店已扩展到超过 500 个据点^[19]。到 2015 年，奇波雷墨西哥烧烤拥有超过 2,000 间餐厅，净收入达 4.756 亿美元，并拥有超过 45,000 名员工^[20]。
