雲特史比斯港（拉脫維亞語：Ventspils osta）[1]是拉脫維亞的深水不凍港，位於波羅的海沿岸城市雲特史比斯[2]。港口的佔地面積為2,451.39 ha（6,057.5 acre）。如果按照貨物吞吐量計算，它是波羅的海最繁忙的港口[3]。
