庫南-波沙普拉事件
庫南-波沙普拉事件是據稱發生在1991年2月23日的集體強姦事件，當時印度安全部隊在受到武裝分子的射擊後，在克什米爾庫普瓦拉縣的庫南和波沙普拉兩個村莊展開了搜索行動。[1][2]該社區的居民表示，武裝分子向附近的士兵開槍，這促使了這次行動。[3]一些村民聲稱，據說那天晚上許多婦女被士兵強姦。地方法官視察後向警察局提交的第一信息報告中稱遭到強姦的婦女人數為23人。但人權觀察組織聲稱這個數字可能在23到100之間。[4][5]這些指控被軍隊否認。政府認為證據不足，並發表聲明譴責這些指控是恐怖主義宣傳。[6]
