阿塔烏拉·阿布·阿馬爾·尤努尼（英語：Ataullah abu Ammar Jununi[1][2]）簡稱「阿塔烏拉」，是活躍於若開邦北部的羅興亞人叛亂武裝——若開羅興亞救世軍（ARSA）的領導者。[3]阿塔烏拉出現在若開羅興亞救世軍發佈的幾段視頻中，他在視頻中發表聲明和講話。[4]
早年[編輯]
阿塔烏拉出生於巴基斯坦卡拉奇的一個移民家庭，他的家族為躲避20世紀60年代發生在緬甸若開邦的迫害而移居巴基斯坦。[5]幼年時，他的家庭又遷移到沙特阿拉伯麥加，在那裏他就讀於一所伊斯蘭學校。[3]後來他成為一名伊瑪目為約150,000人的羅興亞人社區服務。[6]
領導叛軍[編輯]
國際危機組織（ICG）在一份報告中表示，在採訪了他的團隊成員後得知該組織的領導人與沙特阿拉伯有密切的聯繫。[7]國際危機組織在2016年12月發佈的報告中聲稱，阿塔烏拉在2012年離開沙特阿拉伯，不久之後在若開邦便爆發了宗教動機的暴力事件。緬甸政府新聞稿稱，巴基斯坦的塔利班對其進行了六個月的現代游擊戰訓練。ICG的報告指出，雖然沒有得到證實，但有跡象表明他去了巴基斯坦，可能還去過其他地方，並且接受了現代游擊戰的實際訓練。該組織的幾名成員還向ICG表示，他可能在返回若開邦之前接受了在利比亞的額外培訓，但這仍未得到證實。[3]
2016年10月9日，阿塔烏拉帶領數百名叛亂分子前往孟加拉國—緬甸邊界，攻擊緬甸邊防警察哨所。[8]一周後，阿塔烏拉出現在網絡視頻中，聲稱對這些攻擊負責。[3][4]
2017年8月25日，阿塔烏拉領導第二次大規模襲擊，造成71人死亡。[9][10][11]
