癸基三苯基鏻（DTPP）是一種有機磷陽離子，分子式為C₁₀H₂₁P(C₆H₅)₃⁺。它是親脂性季鏻陽離子。它是許多線粒體靶向藥物的基礎，包括MitoQ、MitoE和SkQ。它首先插入內膜，再與線粒體基質結合。^[1]^[2]DTPP本身可以導致腎組織中的線粒體腫脹，可能與膜通透性的增加有關。^[3]
