癸基三苯基鏻(DTPP)是一種有機磷陽離子,分子式為C10H21P(C6H5)3+。它是親脂性季陽離子。它是許多線粒體靶向藥物的基礎,包括MitoQ、MitoE和SkQ。它首先插入內膜,再與線粒體基質結合。[1][2]DTPP本身可以導致腎組織中的線粒體腫脹,可能與膜通透性的增加有關。[3]
