本信息框模板用於美國國家史跡名錄條目。

維護說明

如果條目返回「無效指定」，則說明添加的參數存在下列錯誤情形之一：

1. 屬於還未列入本模板的保護名錄類型，請打開Template:Designation/text頁面增加相應的保護區類型；或者
2. 從外語維基百科翻譯條目時，「designation」、「designated_other2_name」等類似參數，不應當被翻譯成中文。如果確需使用中文參數填寫，請先打開Template:Designation/text頁面在相應的保護區類型中增加中文參數，才能得到正確顯示。
