This template is used to display Filipino name information in infoboxes, including representations in Filipino (Latin script), Baybayin (precolonial script), and IPA pronunciation. It is especially useful for biographies, cultural articles, or entries related to Philippine linguistics and heritage.

• name – Full name (defaults to page name if omitted).
