2,3,6-三氯吡啶是一種有機化合物，化學式為C5H2Cl3N。它可由吡啶或吡啶鹽酸鹽的氯化，或五氯吡啶的還原製得。[1]在催化下，它可以被氫氣還原為2,3-二氯吡啶。[2]它和氟化銫在二甲基亞碸中加熱反應，可以得到2,6-二氟-3-氯吡啶。[3]
