歐卡普區（法語：Au Cap，法語發音：[o kap]）是塞舌爾的25個行政區之一，位於主島馬埃島的東部，北毗喀斯喀特區和昂斯歐潘區，東臨印度洋，南接昂斯魯瓦亞勒區，西鄰昂斯布瓦洛區，面積為8平方公里，2002年居民人數是2,997。
