印度尼西亞醫院（阿拉伯語：المستشفى الإندونيسي）是一家位於巴勒斯坦國加沙地帶北加沙省拜特拉希亞的醫院。
該醫院於2011年開始建造。[1][2]該項目耗資1260億印度尼西亞盧比，資金來自於印度尼西亞民眾、印尼紅十字會、穆罕馬迪亞等組織的捐款。[3][4]
2016年1月9日，印度尼西亞副總統優素福·卡拉為醫院揭幕[1]。
醫院擁有100張病床、4個手術室和1個擁有10張床位的加護病房。[2][5] 醫院內有大約400名巴勒斯坦人以及幾名來自印度尼西亞的志願者。巴勒斯坦人的工資由加沙衛生部支付。[1]
