无法给用户发警告

如题，这两天突然不能给用户发送警告了，选好模板点击发送后窗口内所有文字都消失，没有反应。查看了一下控制台，发现有以下错误，不知是否对排障有帮助：

@Xiplus 试过给User:Weijibaike588发{{uw-unsourced1}}、User:CrossE X发{{uw-autobiography}}、User:DG 2025发{{uw-unsourced3}}。刚试给自己发{{uw-test1}}也一样。--Tim（留言） 2025年5月20日 (二) 11:21 (UTC)
