禾谷镰刀菌 (学名 :Fusarium acuminatum )是镰刀菌属 真菌 ,是植物的病原体 ,最初在美国纽约的马铃薯 活茎上被发现。
禾谷镰刀菌已被发现会造成奇异果 腐烂,令奇异果在采收后出现褐色、略微凹陷、含水的病斑,伴随大量白或粉色的菌丝 [ 3] [ 4] 。而它同时也会造成谷类穗腐病,人类感染则可能导致肝脏 受损。[ 5]
