《家人好邻居》（英语：9JKL）是一部由达娜·克莱茵与其丈夫马克·弗瑞斯坦共同开创，于2017年10月2日在CBS开播的美国情境喜剧。[1]故事灵感来自弗瑞斯坦的经历，并由他领衔主演。[2]2018年4月19日，好莱坞报导透露本剧已遭CBS取消，[3]电视网于5月12日才正式宣布。[4]

讲述住在9K的乔许，双亲住在9J，弟弟安德鲁与其新锐家庭则住在9L，恰巧好似夹心饼干般的独特情况，而他亦须和家人设下界线，以保有自己的私生活。[2]

2016年8月12日，宣布《六人行不行（英语：Friends with Better Lives）》主创达娜·克莱茵（Dana Klein）与其丈夫马克·弗瑞斯坦同凯式娱乐（英语：Kapital Entertainment）制作人亚伦·凯普伦（Aaron Kaplan），将为CBS开发由弗瑞斯坦主演之新喜剧试播集。[2]故事启发自弗瑞斯坦在纽约拍摄USA电视台《上流名医》时的人生经历，并由克莱茵与他共同执笔，两人同时也将和凯普伦、温蒂·楚灵（Wendi Trilling）及达娜·阿纳（Dana Honor）共同担任执行制作，由CBS电视工作室（英语：CBS Television Studios）制作。[2]

2017年1月17日，CBS宣布预订本剧试播集。[5]3月6日，宣布帕美拉·福瑞曼（英语：Pamela Fryman）将执导试播集。[6]5月12日，CBS宣布系列预订本剧，并作为2017年－2018年电视季度新喜剧首播，而福瑞曼也将加入执行制作阵容。[7]6月19日，宣布《室内奇兵（英语：The Great Indoors (TV series)）》的喜剧编剧兼制作人奥斯廷·厄尔（Austen Earl）加入制作阵容，担任本剧共同执行制作。[8]8月31日，CBS电视工作室宣布本剧第1季预订13集。[9]11月1日，CBS追加预订3集剧本，[10]并在11月17日确定增订此3集集数。[11]
