第十次星舰轨道试飞任务（IFT-10）是SpaceX的第十次星舰全系统联合发射测试飞行。计划不早于2025年8月4日发射[1][2]，由第二代星舰S37和第一代助推器B16执行此次测试飞行，原计划发射的S36因为发生爆炸事故而彻底损毁。此次是第二代星舰的第四次飞行。

2024年10月14日，B16的首个组件被发现正在星际工厂内移动[3]。组装工作于10月下旬展开[4]，并于12月下旬完成[5]。2025年2月28日，B16进行了低温测试[6]，随后在3月下旬返回Mega Bay 1[7]。6月4日，B16被运往发射场并被置于发射台(OLP-A)上[8]；5日的首次点火尝试因故中止[9]。6日，B16成功进行全发动机静态点火测试[10]。8日，B16被运回Mega Bay 1准备安装热分级环以及进行发射前检修[11]。

S36

S36的有效载荷舱与鼻锥于2025年2月中旬被运入Mega Bay 2[12]。约一个月后完成组装[13]。4月26日，S36被运往Massey测试场进行低温测试，27日完成测试，并于29日返回生产基地[14]。6月15日，S36被运往Massey测试场[15]。16日，S36完成了单发动机静态点火测试[16][17][18]。18日，S36为了静态点火开始装载燃料，23:01:52 UTC时因载荷舱内的氮气COPV因低于其耐受压力而失效[19]，进而导致S36被毁，火焰覆盖了大部分的Massey测试区，可能导致地面设施损毁[20]。

S37

2025年3月15日，S37的有效载荷舱与鼻锥被运入Mega Bay 2[21]。甲烷储罐于四月中旬被运入Mega Bay 2[22]。5月29日，S37被运往到Massey测试场进行低温测试[23]。6月4日，S37被运回Mega Bay 2[24]。

S36损毁

2025年6月18日CT，SpaceX计划进行S36的静态点火测试，11:01:52CT位于载荷舱内的氮气COPV因低于其耐受压力而失效，罐内的高压气体涌出毁坏的舰体结构导致液态甲烷及液态氧气接触，并由未知的火源引燃，随后的爆炸摧毁了整艘星舰及地面的部分设施[19][20]。

由Interstellar Gateway的直播内容可知，此次爆炸除了星舰本身外，移动式静态点火架、星舰燃料供给架、油库控制室、燃料管线、燃料储罐、蒸发器、燃料泵、水罐、测试场内的建筑外墙及零件储存帐篷等在此次爆炸中损毁[25]。

虽然发生事故，但FAA表示因静态点火非其所管辖的活动，因此不须进行事故调查[26]，但SpaceX仍会进行内部调查[19]。

由于Massey测试场损毁严重，SpaceX决定改造发射台(OLP-1)、助推器快速段开器(BQD)及星舰运输台，使S37能够在Massey测试场尚未修复下于发射台(OLP-1)进行静态点火[27]。
