2021年巴尔干非正式文件
2021年巴尔干非正式文件是两份来路不明的文件，但有消息源称由斯洛文尼亚政府起草[1][2][3]，文件内容包括重划东南欧国界。第一份文件呼吁实现波斯尼亚和黑塞哥维那的和平解体，将塞族共和国和大部分赫塞哥维纳及中波斯尼亚州合并入大塞尔维亚和大克罗地亚，同时在中波斯尼亚和西波斯尼亚成立一个小规模的波斯尼亚人国界[4][5]。这份文件还主张阿尔巴尼亚和科索沃合并[6][7][8][9][10]。第二份文件主张塞尔维亚承认科索沃独立，换取北科索沃自治[11]。
