《1901年王位继承法令》（英语：Demise of the Crown Act 1901；1 Edw. 7 c. 5）是英国议会的一项法令。
该法令订定，任何政府职位的任职不因王位的继承而受影响，不须重新委任。
第1(2)条订定，该法令具追溯力“至上次王位继承”，即维多利亚女王的逝世。第1(2)条因已失时效由《1973年成文法（废除）法令》废除。
在爱尔兰共和国，该法令由《2007年成文法编正法令》废除。
