莫桑比克稀棘鳚（学名：Meiacanthus mossambicus），为辐鳍鱼纲鳚形目鳚科稀棘鳚属的一种[2]，分布于西印度洋东非、科摩罗与马达加斯加海域，本鱼体延长，稍侧扁，头顶无冠膜，无须，下颌两侧有犬齿具有毒腺，身体呈金绿色，眼睛上方呈绿色，黄色尾鳍有两条长尾带，呈现经典的叉尾形状，体长可达10公分，栖息在珊瑚礁区，雌鱼产附着性卵，雄鱼有护卵行为，生活习性不明，可做为观赏鱼。
