美国足协年度最佳运动员（英语：U.S. Soccer Player of the Year）是美国足球协会（USSF）授予美国足球运动员的最高荣誉奖项，旨在表扬每年表现最出色的球员。“美国足球先生”与“美国足球小姐”是历史最悠久的奖项，分别于1984年与1985年设立。1998年增设“美国足球青年”、“美国足球女青年”等奖项，2012年增设“年度最佳残疾球员”奖[1]。

50%的得票数来自美国足球协会官网（ussoccer.com）注册会员的线上投票结果，另外50%得票数来自国内体育传媒、足球界代表人物、国家队教练及美国足球协会董事会成员等人[2]。
