总统高级顾问办公室（英语：Senior Advisor to the President）是美国总统的高级顾问，亦是白宫办公厅的高级成员；自1993年以来，白宫正式使用高级顾问的名称。
高级顾问一职在政府内不具备正式的决策权，但通常会被赋予能对决策产生重大影响的权力，并就重要议题向美国总统提供策略建议、分析和推荐。
