桌山天文台（Table Mountain Observatory）是由美国国家航空航天局喷射推进实验室（加州理工学院）营运的天文观测设施。桌山天文台位于加州大松树镇，坐落在洛杉矶东北偏北的赖特伍德附近的安琪拉国家森林内[1][2]。
桌山天文台是喷射推进实验室桌山设施的一部分，承载着许多非天文项目。桌山天文台于1924年首次被史密森学会使用，多年来进行了大气、太阳和天文观测[3][2]。喷射推进实验室于1962年接管了租约。桌山天文台进行高精度天体测量观测，以支援美国国家航空航天局和国际太空船任务导航、确认可能撞击地球的彗星和小行星等近地天体及技术开发[4]。
设备
[编辑]- 1.02米（40 吋）波莫纳学院望远镜是波莫纳学院建造的卡塞格林反射镜，于1985年首次投入运营，并于1996年安装了新的镜子[5][6] 。
- 1966年，天文力学公司制造了一台0.6米的里奇-克雷蒂安望远镜，并安装在离轴德国赤道仪上[7]。
