斯蒂芬·格拉斯

斯蒂芬·兰德尔·格拉斯（1972年9月15日—）是一位前美国记者。他在新共和任职期间写了不少假新闻或在新闻里面将真实内容和虚构内容混在一起写。除了在新共和上发表假新闻外，他还在哈泼斯杂志、滚石杂志上发表假新闻。丑闻发生后，斯蒂芬·格拉斯从新共和离职。哈泼斯杂志更是165年以来首度撤回报道^[1]。斯蒂芬·格拉斯杜撰假新闻的事迹后来被改编成电影欲盖弥彰。

此后斯蒂芬·格拉斯打算成为一名律师。不过由于受此前的丑闻影响，他依然无法获得律师从业资格。 ^[2]最后斯蒂芬·格拉斯成为一名律师助理。 ^[3]
