市楼二(ο Ser、ο Serpentis)是位于赤道星座巨蛇座尾段的一颗孤独的恒星[12]。根据从地球上看到每年18.83mas的视差偏移[1],它距离太阳约173光年。这颗恒星的视星等为肉眼可见的+4.26等[2]。
这是一颗白色的A型主序星,其恒星分类为A2 Va[3]。它位于不稳定带的低处[6],并且被分类为盾牌座δ型变星。这颗恒星的视星等在4.26〜4.27等之间变化,周期为76分钟,即0.053天[6][13]。
估计这颗恒星的质量是太阳质量的2.13倍[7],半径是太阳半径的2.2倍[8]。年龄大约5亿年[7],并且以112.6 km/s的预计转速旋转[10]。从光球在8,972K的有效温度下[7],市楼二辐射的光度是太阳光度的42.6倍[9]。
1909年,共生新星[14]巨蛇座RT尽管它只达到了10等最高星等,但它出现在市楼二附近[15]。
