巴斯彗星（87P/Bus）是一颗周期彗星，轨道周期为6.5年，符合恩克型彗星的定义。

1981年舍尔特·巴斯（Schelte J. Bus）在位于澳大利亚赛丁泉天文台的1.2米英国施密特望远镜拍摄的一张底片上发现的。这项发现于1981年3月4日在国际天文学联合会第3578号通函中公布[5]。随后每次出现都被观测到，最近一次是在2020年[6]。

巴斯彗星核心的有效半径估计为0.27±0.01公里，且呈拉长形，a/b比大于2.2，自转周期估计为32±9小时[7]。

1952年5月13日，巴斯彗星与木星的距离为0.0668天文单位，导致轨道周期从12.46年缩短至6.43年，近日点距离从4.43天文单位缩短至2.13天文单位。

2023年2月24日，巴斯彗星再次近距离接近木星，距离为0.182天文单位，近日点距离变动为3.62天文单位，轨道周期为9.58年[8]。
