基本救命术

基本救命术（英语：Basic life support，简称BLS）是针对心跳骤停或其他处于立即危及生命的患者提供的初步医疗照护。其目标是在患者能够接受其他提供高级救命术的人员的照护前，维持患者的生命征象。BLS可由受过训练的紧急医疗技术员，或任何接受过相关训练的民众执行。

背景

国际复苏联盟（International Liaison Committee on Resuscitation，ILCOR）于1992年成立，旨在协调全球的心肺复苏工作与心血急救护理等工作^[1]^[2]。ILCOR在2000年时发布了首个心肺复苏指引，并于2005年发布了《国际心肺复苏与紧急心血管护理科学治疗建议共识》。自2010年起，ILCOR开始为区域性的复苏机构，如欧洲复苏委员会和美国心脏协会，提供撰写各自指引的材料^[3]。自2015年起，ILCOR采用名为《关于科学与治疗建议的共识（Consensus on Science with Treatment Recommendations，COSTR）》的新模式，评估最新的证据品质，并就心肺复苏领域的最佳治疗准则达成共识。利用COSTR方法，ILCOR开始进行年度审查，并发布最新的心肺复苏证据资讯^[3]。

在现场提供患者心肺复苏术可以为患者争取更多时间，让更专业的医疗人员抵达并提供高级救命术。基本救命术的一项重要进展为自动体外心脏去颤器（Automated External Defibrillator, AED）的普及，这在心跳骤停病例中显著提升了存活率^[4]。
