桶头勋爵（英語：Lord Buckethead）是一位讽刺政党候选人，自1987年起参与四次英国大选，且几度由不同人物饰演。他是一位星际反派人物，类似于《星際大戰》角色達斯·維達。
桶头勋爵由美国电影制作人托德·德拉姆为1984年科幻电影《Hyperspace》制作。迈克·李未经他授权，饰演桶头勋爵参加1987年和1992年英國大選。之后，喜剧演员喬納森·哈維扮演桶头勋爵加入2017年大選。他站在时任首相文翠珊身旁的影像在电视播出，使其爆红，引起媒体报道。
2017年大选后，德拉姆维护对桶头勋爵的拥有权，并劝退哈维。2019年，戴維·休斯经德拉姆授权，扮演桶头勋爵。他参加人民之票集会，呼吁举行第二次英國脫歐公民投票，并代表官方妖怪狂歡發瘋黨参与2019年大選。哈维至今以自创角色身份垃圾桶头伯爵发起运动。
历史

[编辑]桶头勋爵由美国电影制作人托德·德拉姆为1984年科幻电影《Hyperspace》制作。该电影是对《星际大战》等科幻电影的低预算戲仿。[3]在电影中，桶头勋爵是星际反派人物，类似于《星际大战》的達斯·維達，而且由羅伯特·布拉德沃思饰演。[3]
在英国，《Hyperspace》改名为《Gremloids》，由迈克·李拥有的电影发行商VIPCO发行。[4]在1987年大選，李扮演桶头勋爵，代表Gremloids党，对抗芬奇利國會選區的保守党首相玛格丽特·撒切尔。他运动的目的是拆除伯明翰，建立发射场。[5]他获得131票。[6]在1992年大選，桶头勋爵对抗亨丁頓的保守党首相约翰·梅杰，[4]获得107票（0.1%）。[7]
2017年复出
[编辑]2017年，喜剧演员乔纳森·哈维饰演桶头勋爵，在2017年大選对抗梅登黑德的文翠珊。哈维观看《Gremloids》，并得知桶头勋爵已参与往届大选后，决定扮演这角色。他获得249票（0.4%），是该角色迄今为止最高的票数。[8][9]
桶头勋爵站在文翠珊身旁的影像在电视播出，使其爆红。[1]在《卫报》的一篇戏谑文章中，桶头勋爵因承诺重新启用Ceefax而获得“最佳政策”奖。[10]大选数日后，桶头勋爵在美国脱口秀《約翰·奧利佛之昔日新聞報報》登场，并承诺带领英國脫歐谈判。[11]哈维为该角色建立Twitter账号，吸引数十万人关注。[1]《卫报》说戏谑政治候选人是英国的传统（当中许多都获官方妖怪狂歡發瘋黨支持），而桶头勋爵正是其中一人。[12]
2017年6月，桶头勋爵参加格拉斯頓伯里當代表演藝術節，介绍Sleaford Mods乐队。[13]那年，他发布圣诞节单曲《A Bucketful of Happiness》（一桶快乐）及其音乐视频。[14]
著作权纠纷
[编辑]2017年大选后，德拉姆联络哈维，维护对桶頭勳爵的擁有權。根据哈维所述，德拉姆要求他给出Twitter账号的密码。哈维因承担不起法律挑战而默许。[1]德拉姆说他欢迎别人经他批准在将来大选饰演该角色：“我的桶頭勳爵一直代表人民的心声，所以我想让人民为他发言。”[1]
2019年，桶頭勳爵的Twitter账号再次活跃。那一年，戴維·休斯饰演桶頭勳爵，[2]参加人民之票集会，呼吁举行英国二次脱欧公投。[1]。四月，桶頭勳爵在2019年歐洲議會選舉众筹得£15,000，对抗東南英格蘭选区的奈杰尔·法拉奇。因为他担心这一举会令支持英国留在欧盟的党派失去选票，所以他放弃这个投标。[1]德拉姆说资金已退还。[1]
在2019年英國大選，桶頭勳爵代表官方妖怪狂歡發瘋黨，对抗阿克斯布里奇和南賴斯利普的鲍里斯·约翰逊首相。他获得125票（0.3%）。哈维也扮演原创角色垃圾桶头伯爵参选。[15]
政纲

在2017年大选的宣言中，桶头勋爵称将建立“坚固但不完全稳定的领导”，是对保守党口号“坚固而稳定”的戏谑。[16]他的纲领包含以下承诺：
- 废除英國上議院，除了桶头勋爵。
- 核武器：“公开坚决承诺斥资1000亿英镑重新实行英国三叉戟核武器计划，并私下坚定承诺不要实施该计划。它们是隐藏潜水艇，所以没有人会知道。这对所有人都有好处。”[17]
- 免费提供自行车，以“解决肥胖症、交通阻塞和自行车盗窃”。[17]
- 将投票年齡下降至16岁，并禁止超过80岁的公民投票。
- 文翠珊承诺建立文法學校，[17]但桶头勋爵将秉着三个原理成立“伽马”学校：“第一，增加对老师的资助，吸引优等毕业生。第二，为儿童建立更多设施，尤其是运动场。第三，如果有儿童捣乱三次，则会把他炸到外层空间，而家长将获得一筐水果，以便慰藉或庆祝。纪律才是关键。”[17]
